Job summary

BEYOND Developments seeks a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end procurement for all projects. You will direct strategy, source materials and services, negotiate terms, and manage a high-performance procurement team to ensure timelines and budget compliance.

You will collaborate with project managers, the commercial team, and design/OS&E functions to align procurement with luxury project standards. A deep real estate procurement background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration or SCM is required.
• 10–12 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes: sourcing, negotiating, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement strategy for all projects to meet BEYOND objectives.
• Coordinate procurement activities across projects to meet specs and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, commercial team, and other departments.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors for favorable terms.
• Supervise procurement team and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Create, track, and manage Purchase Orders aligned with timelines and budget.
• Evaluate supplier performance for quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Review contracts for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Implement best practices to improve procurement efficiency.
• Achieve cost-saving targets while maintaining ultra-luxury quality.
• Coordinate with FF&E and OS&E teams to align procurement with design.
• Maintain records of suppliers and procurement activities for analytics.
• Identify new vendors to ensure competition and innovation.
