Job summary

You will coordinate across internal and external teams, manage schedules, prepare presentations, and maintain documentation, with a focus on luxury hotel and resort projects.

Bachelor’s degree in design or architecture and at least 3 years’ experience, strong English, and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as architect or interior designer.
• Experience with luxury hotel, residences and resort project delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across internal teams and external consultants.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Develop and monitor project and design program schedules, tracking milestones.
• Collaborate with teams to manage information flows and data exchange.
• Assist in preparing project presentations and reports.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and logs.
• Track Aman Standards schedules and briefs; support site coordination.
