Job summary

Aman Group is seeking an OS&E Manager in Dubai to lead end-to-end procurement for pre-opening hotels and transitions, coordinating with Design, Technical Services, New Openings and Operations teams.

You will manage budgets, sourcing, logistics, and vendor relationships while ensuring on-brand OS&E delivery within timelines. 3–5 years hospitality procurement experience is preferred, with strong communication and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality procurement experience, specifically OS&E pipelines in pre-opening hotel or resort environments.
• Strong knowledge of OS&E procurement, budgeting, sourcing and supplier management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OS&E process for new hotel openings and transitions.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical Services, New Openings and Operations teams to ensure on-brand OS&E delivery.
• Develop and manage OS&E budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
