Job summary

SEHA, the largest healthcare network in Abu Dhabi, seeks an experienced Head of Medical Tourism to build and expand our international patient services program, establishing SEHA as a premier destination for medical travel in the region.

Lead the strategy, form strategic partnerships with international providers, insurers, embassies and facilitators; oversee the end-to-end patient journey; collaborate with clinical, operational and marketing teams to grow SEHA's international footprint while

Qualifications

5–8 years of progressive experience in medical tourism or international patient services.
Proven track record of developing and growing medical tourism programs.
Strong understanding of international patient management and healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the medical tourism strategy to attract international patients.
Establish partnerships with international providers, insurers, embassies, and facilitators.
Lead end-to-end international patient journey ensuring excellent experience.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and marketing teams across markets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand global presence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen position.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and standards.
Develop budgets, business plans, metrics, and management reports.
Lead and mentor the Medical Tourism team to achieve objectives.
