SEHA is seeking a Specialist Physician in Abu Dhabi to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under Consultant supervision. The role includes supervising junior staff, leading ward rounds, and coordinating on-call coverage to ensure continuous clinical care.

The post holder will participate in quality and safety initiatives, clinical research, and ongoing education of junior medical staff within a division known for excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Supervision of junior medical staff and participation in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Maintains and improves quality and safety through audits and incident reporting.
• Adheres to hospital policies on admissions, consultations, and patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assists Consultant staff to ensure adequate medical coverage within the division.
• Leads ward rounds and reassesses inpatients and outpatients regularly.
• Ensures informed consent and prepares patients for procedures.

Formation

Tier 1: No additional experience required post board certification

Tier 2: 2 years clinical experience post qualification in internationally accredited institute

Tier 3: 3 years clinical experience as Specialist post qualification in internationally accredited institute

For UAE Nationals + Non UAE Nationals enrolled in HAAD accredited residency programs: No experience required post board certification
