Job summary

SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. seeks a seasoned marketing leader to shape Corniche Hospital's branding and communications. You will develop annual plans, coordinate campaigns, and ensure consistency with SEHA branding across all channels.

The role requires 6–8 years in marketing with 3+ years in management, plus strong English skills and healthcare experience. You will collaborate with hospital leadership and SEHA teams to drive growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in marketing or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years in marketing/communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic preferred.
• Expertise in branding, media relations, events and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans for Corniche Hospital.
• Align hospital branding with SEHA corporate standards.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across materials and platforms.
• Oversee production of promotional items, signage and marketing collateral.
• Manage advertising, media relations and public relations initiatives.
• Coordinate events, campaigns and community engagement programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate content for digital platforms (website, social media).
• Work with hospital leadership and SEHA marketing teams.
• Build relationships with media, vendors and community partners.
• Develop and monitor marketing budgets; track ROI.
