Job summary

SEHA in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior marketing leader responsible for strategic branding and the facility's marketing strategy to drive revenue and growth. The role oversees relationships, budgets, events, and cross-department collaboration to deliver measurable results.

The position requires coordinating with senior officers, managing campaigns, and maintaining brand integrity across UAE operations, with a focus on attracting patients and partners to SEHA facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong budgeting, planning and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementing marketing plan and budget for the facility.
• Implementing, in coordination with Senior Officer, the marketing plans and proposals for different groups.
• Implementing promotional plans for facility staff/customers to ensure steady stream of customers, including off-peak periods.
• Allocating and controlling marketing budget across internal and external sponsorship, profiling and advertising costs.
• Reviewing and approving subordinate budget inquiries when required.
• Implementing the marketing and communication strategy to meet academic and clinical objectives; implementing the advertising and media plan.
• Conducting market research; evaluating products, prices and services to maintain high standards in UAE operations.
