Job summary

SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced leader to drive business development initiatives and operational excellence across the facility. You will identify growth opportunities and strengthen stakeholder relationships while guiding the implementation of operational strategies aligned with SEHA's objectives.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage key contracts, and collaborate with organizational leadership to deliver superior service to patients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical degree or relevant field
• 6-8 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years progressive leadership responsibility in a large organization

Responsibilities

• Providing business development strategies and operational input for maintenance and expansion of the business
• Developing and ensuring implementation of policies, procedures, systems and operating standards within the department
• Negotiating, authorizing and signing contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality for services
• Mentoring and managing staff to deliver high performance and meet KPIs
• Building relations with external clients, insurers and key stakeholders
• Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with facility leadership to implement strategic plans
• Monitoring and reporting progress against business development objectives and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
