Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a field service professional to execute service visits for boilers and inert gas systems in the UAE. You will ensure timely service delivery, maintain detailed reports, and support warranty and service contract opportunities.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous knowledge updating. You will work closely with the regional service team, uphold quality standards, and contribute to growth targets by identifying new service opportunities and sharing

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 2–3 years of related field service experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with Boilers and inert gas systems a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers and work in a cross functional team.

Responsibilities

• Direct field service job execution for boilers and inert gas systems.
• Maintain quality service reports and update CDM with visit data.
• Ensure timely updates of TKS and customer satisfaction surveys.
