Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Dubai is seeking a Field Service Engineer to execute field service jobs on boilers and inert gas systems and to deliver high-quality service reports. You will support sales activities and provide technical support to customers across the region.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 2–3 years of relevant field service experience, demonstrates strong technical aptitude, and communicates effectively with customers.

• Support warranty claims and explore opportunities for service contracts.
• Capture customer feedback and communicate sales leads to the organization.
