Job summary

Strong customer focus, planning, quality assurance and communication skills.

Willingness to travel and perform field service duties.

Responsibilities

Directly responsible for Field Service execution of boilers and inert gas systems, including quality of service reports and updating CDM/TKS inputs.
Meet Field Service KPI targets aligned with customer requirements and company goals.
Explore business development opportunities and support warranty claims.
Identify and pursue new service contracts and performance agreements.
Acquire up-to-date technical knowledge about Alfa Laval products and applications.
Capture and update installed base and ensure thorough documentation of each service visit.
