Job summary

• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for Field Service job execution on boilers and inert gas systems.
• Prepare and update Quality of Service reports and CDM settings; timely updates of TKS.
• Ensure safety and use of PPE; adhere to safety policies and report issues.
• Support warranty claims and explore opportunities for service contracts.
• Capture customer feedback and communicate sales leads to the organization.
