Responsabilidades

• Directly responsible for Field Service Job Execution of Boilers and Inert gas systems and related reports.
• Meet Field service KPIs aligned with customer requirements.
• Explore business development opportunities during service visits.
• Support warranty claim handling and service contracts discussions.
• Update installed base and ensure accurate reporting in CDM/CRM systems.
• Maintain safety compliance and proper PPE on every visit.
