Job summary

BimmerTech is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead multinational B2C fulfillment from Dubai. You will run an on-site team, optimize inventory, and manage courier partners to meet service levels across UAE, the USA and Europe.

This role demands strong analytical skills and hands-on ownership of processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics with proven people management, experience with WMS/ERP systems, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

5+ years in logistics or supply chain operations.
2+ years direct people management experience.
Experience managing logistics coordinators/specialists.
Hands-on with international B2C fulfillment.
Experience with international courier companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Practical inventory management with WMS/ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills and KPI experience.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Professional English at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

Manage international B2C logistics and order fulfillment across UAE, USA and Europe.
Lead and develop a distributed logistics team, set priorities and ensure strong execution and accountability.
Manage courier companies, freight forwarders and logistics partners, including pricing and service levels.
Oversee inventory, stock availability, warehouse processes and our WMS (Unleashed).
Coordinate procurement and supplier relationships, including pricing and delivery schedules.
Monitor logistics KPIs, analyze data and implement cost/delivery efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with Sales and Technical Support to resolve operational issues and continuously improve fulfillment processes.
