Job summary

MILELE MOTORS FZE in Dubai seeks a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export processes for international vehicle shipments. You will coordinate export, import, and cross-trade operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency while complying with global shipping regulations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with international trade, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize logistics and documentation. Dubai-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in export logistics, preferably automotive/trading industry.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full export cycle (Container/RORO/Air) and cross-tradeshipments from order to delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters to ensure smooth, timely cargo movement.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BLs, AWBs).
• Monitor shipments and address delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade laws.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Finance for shipment planning and documentation.
• Maintain shipment records and logistics databases for reporting and audits.
• Optimize shipping routes and costs to improve efficiency.
