Job summary

Boundless Consulting seeks a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end shipping activities in the UAE. You will prepare shipping documents, liaise with freight forwarders, and ensure smooth import/export clearance for air, land, and sea movements.

The role requires knowledge of the automotive industry and tyre types, plus hands-on experience in warehouse operations both in-office and in the field.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the automotive industry and components.
• Experience with tyres types and models.
• Experience in both office and field warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, packing lists, delivery advice for all shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping agents for import/export clearance.
• Process customs declarations and act as point of contact for logistics.
• Coordinate with shippers for import shipments and warehouse delivery.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting shipping and supply chain.
• Handle paperwork for imports/exports and manage warehouse activities.
• Scan, file, and maintain documents in electronic and physical formats.
• Maintain departmental files and employee records per policy.
