Job summary

Human Craft in Dubai invites an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Lead to oversee procurement and logistics across international networks, coordinating with 3PL providers and optimizing retail and e-commerce flows.

You will lead procurement and logistics teams, manage budgets, set KPIs, and drive process improvements with ERP systems and digital tools, while ensuring cost efficiency and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Higher education in technical or economic disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, procurement, or distribution.
• Fluency in English and professional command of Russian.
• Experience with international supply chains and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of retail distribution models and e-commerce logistics.

Responsibilities
