Job summary

BimmerTech in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our international B2C fulfillment operations. You will manage a distributed team, coordinate with couriers, and optimize warehouse processes and procurement across UAE, USA and Europe.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proven team leadership, and hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems. Office-based position with global scope and growth potential in a dynamic tech-driven automotive company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain or related operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience managing logistics coordinators or similar roles.
• Hands-on with international B2C fulfillment.
• Experience with international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar).
• Inventory management and WMS/ERP systems experience.
• Procurement and supplier management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Professional English at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Manage international B2C logistics and order fulfillment across UAE, USA and Europe.
• Lead and develop a distributed logistics team, set priorities and ensure strong execution and accountability.
• Manage courier companies, freight forwarders and logistics partners, including pricing, service levels and performance.
• Oversee inventory, stock availability, warehouse processes and our WMS (Unleashed).
• Coordinate procurement and supplier relationships, including pricing, terms and delivery schedules.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, analyze data and implement improvements to cost, delivery time and efficiency.
• Work with Sales and Technical Support to resolve operational issues and improve customer fulfillment.
