Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to monitor sales orders, generate delivery notes in SAP, and coordinate shipments. The role supports global logistics, customs, and documentation to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

You will work with warehouse teams, freight forwarders, and customers, maintaining shipment status updates and audit trails, while upholding compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Good understanding of international trade and customs regulations.
• 3–5 years of relevant logistics coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP processes.
• Experience with UAE import/export and Jebel Ali Free Zone processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Delivery Notes (DNs) in SAP and hand over to warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehouse for packing readiness and labeling.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate Goods Release and GL processing.
• Verify shipping documents, customs paperwork, HS codes, invoices and packing lists.
• Coordinate customs documentation with OSC for export/import shipments.
• Arrange shipment collection with freight forwarders and confirm pickups.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) in SAP and attach documents for invoicing.
• Maintain HS code summaries and coordinate with OSC for clearance.
• Conduct physical receipt, post GR in SAP, and update inventory records.
• Maintain shipment records and audit trails in SAP/shared systems.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and storage locations; manage 9999 locations as needed.
• Identify delays and resolve documentation or system issues with relevant teams.
• Suggest process improvements in DN creation, shipment handover, clearance, and documentation flow.
