Job summary

Amplicon Middle East is seeking a motivated Logistics Executive to manage procurement, shipments, and import/export documentation in the UAE. You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, and internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

This role emphasizes cost control, landed cost management, and accurate record-keeping in Zoho CRM/Books, with strong communication and organizational skills essential for success in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or import/export.
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and PO processes.
• Coordinate international shipments and routes.
• Prepare and review import/export documentation and MOFAIC/TDRA requirements.
• Track orders, shipments and costs; maintain records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Customer Service to ensure timely fulfillment.
