Polymer in Stock in UAE is seeking an Admin & Logistics Coordinator to organize export logistics, prepare shipping documentation, and liaise with shipping agents to ensure smooth shipments.

You will support day-to-day office administration while coordinating LC documentation, vessel bookings, and freight rate negotiations in a fast-paced trading environment. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, export documentation.
• Hands-on experience with LC documentation for export.
• Experience with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and vessel bookings.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain export and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate vessel bookings and shipment arrangements.
• Negotiate competitive shipping and freight rates.
• Work with Sales Team to provide shipment updates.
• Ensure LC and related documents meet LC requirements.
• Maintain organized records of shipments and docs.
