You will plan calendar content, coordinate with designers, and coach executives on thought leadership while ensuring compliance across markets.

You will adapt global campaigns for local relevance, manage short-form video creation for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, and partner with influencers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media for a brand (fintech/trading).
• Native social media user across major platforms.
• Proven LinkedIn growth with thought leadership.
• Proficient in creating/editing platform-native content (short-form video).
• Strong English writing and tone adaptation.
• Skilled in turning analytics into content decisions.
• Experience in MENA market and regional audiences.
• Familiar with financial promotions rules or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X on a consistent calendar.
• Adapt global campaigns to local relevance while preserving brand tone.
• Brief designers and creators on platform-native content, especially short-form video.
• Manage community engagement and influencer partnerships from outreach to metrics.
• Ensure compliance with financial promotions rules across markets; coordinate with Compliance.
• Monitor performance, report growth, engagement, reach, and audience quality.
