Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a seasoned Social Media Lead to drive organic channels for the MENA region and the global LinkedIn presence. You’ll own strategy, content planning, and leadership-profile growth while scaling our brand globally.

Collaborate with Compliance, Design and Performance Marketing to deliver platform-native content, short-form video, newsletters and community engagement for fintech audiences in regulated markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in social media for a brand, ideally fintech or regulated finance.
• Native social platform literacy with platform-specific content instincts.
• Proven LinkedIn growth for executive thought leadership and B2B content.
• Hands-on ability to craft platform-native content including short-form video.
• Strong English writing with adaptable tone for LinkedIn and replies.
• Ability to turn data into content decisions using analytics tools.
• Experience in the MENA market and understanding regional habits.
• Familiarity with financial promotions rules or willingness to learn fast.

Responsibilities

• Own Capital.com’s global LinkedIn strategy, calendar and cadence.
• Plan and produce shoots, carousels, short video, documents and polls.
• Grow analysts’ and leaders’ profiles, ghost-write posts and coach them.
• Launch and manage newsletters and LinkedIn Live around events.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand to optimize the company page.
• Brief creative for LinkedIn Ads and share insights with Performance Marketing.
• Measure growth, engagement and reach; adapt approach accordingly.
• Plan, create and publish content across MENA social channels.
