Accor Group in Dubai seeks a senior leader to own global strategy, performance and growth for assigned multinational Corporate and MICE accounts. You will develop account plans with revenue targets and market penetration strategies, acting as global integrator to ensure consistent execution across regions and brands.

Lead the global RFI/RFP cycle end-to-end, drive MICE commercial strategy, and deliver data-driven updates to senior leadership.

Formación

• 5-10 years commercial experience in hospitality, travel or related industries.
• Experience managing multinational corporate portfolios.
• Proven success growing complex global accounts and driving multi-market revenue.
• Deep knowledge of global RFI/RFP processes, LRA and dynamic pricing, MICE contracting and TMC workflows.
• Strong influencing skills across regions, brands and senior client stakeholders.
• Experience building multi-year global account strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own global strategy, performance and growth for assigned multinational Corporate and MICE accounts.
• Develop account plans with revenue targets, share-shift priorities and market penetration strategies.
• Act as global integrator to ensure consistent execution across regions and brands.
• Lead the global RFI/RFP cycle end-to-end, including bid strategy and post-RFP analytics.
• Drive global MICE commercial strategy, including RFP consolidation, lead management and contracting.
• Lead Global Business Reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Deliver data-driven performance updates and executive summaries to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to modernise Corporate and MICE engagement through tools, data and digital workflows.
