You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure seamless operations and reliability across multiple regions, driving digital transformation and business continuity.

The role requires strategic technology management, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on robust operational performance to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT management experience with team leadership.
• Experience with servers, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Manage a team of IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Oversee budget planning, procurement, and vendor relationships for IT resources.
