Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT management experience, including team leadership and project oversight.
• Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Manage a team of IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
