Talent Higher is seeking an experienced Group IT Manager to own IT infrastructure, technology operations and systems across multiple locations including Dubai and Tanzania. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight, requiring oversight of networks, servers, cloud, and security controls, plus management of CCTV and enterprise systems.

Competenze

• Must have extensive IT infrastructure and operations experience across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud environments and security controls.
• Experience managing IT teams, contractors and external service providers.
• Experience in construction/infrastructure environments is advantageous.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Lead IT infrastructure across offices and project locations.
• Coordinate local IT personnel and external providers.
• Develop and implement group-wide IT policies and procedures.
• Oversee cybersecurity, CCTV, and access controls.
• Manage ERP and business systems (HR, procurement, accounting).
