Qualifications

• Experience in compliance program management or governance
• Demonstrated experience with case management and remediation
• Strong understanding of human rights principles and remediation methodologies
• Proven experience conducting investigations and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication with documenting findings clearly
• Ability to manage multiple cases within SLA requirements
• Willingness to travel for supplier site visits as needed
• Proficiency with case management systems and data quality standards

Responsibilities

• Serve as the core STL for supply chain human rights impacts from intake to remedy.
• Manage diverse portfolio of human rights cases and escalations.
• Assess risk and coordinate investigations to substantiate remediation plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers and service providers on corrective actions and prevention.
• Document case records with clear rationale and ensure data integrity.
• Elevate systemic issues to regional leads for strategic intervention.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge across teams.
