Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim seeks a Human Capital Manager to advance HC strategies aligned with our mission. You will partner with managers and employees in PMCOE to bolster leadership, workforce excellence and an innovative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in managerial role.
• 8–10 years of experience in managing all HR disciplines in a reputable company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Retail or Real Estate in GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive restructuring initiatives to enhance efficiency and align resources.
• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding to attract top talent.
• Lead organizational health action-planning for PMCOE through workshops.
• Localize PMCOE initiatives to meet objectives for NAFIS.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver the people strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead Talent Management initiatives including Performance, Succession, and Talent ID.
