Mashreq Bank PSC is looking for a Head of End User Services to lead a global team of around 60 professionals across the UAE, India, Pakistan and Egypt. You will shape strategy and oversee engineering and operations of desktop devices, asset lifecycle, Citrix VDI, MDM, AD, and end-user support for employees bank-wide.

The role is pivotal in Mashreq Bank's digital transformation, ensuring secure, scalable end-user technology solutions that support growth and innovation across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and operations of End User Services across multiple regions.
• Oversee desktop/laptop device management, asset lifecycle, and AD/Mobile Device Management.
• Manage Citrix VDI, endpoint security, VIP/Trading support, and messaging/collaboration tools.
• Coordinate a global team of ~60 staff and vendors to deliver reliable end-user experiences.
