qlub is seeking a Business Recruiter to scale our global talent acquisition across GTM roles and beyond. You will own end-to-end searches, partner with hiring managers, and move fast to close top candidates in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring commercial or GTM roles in high-growth startups.
• Experience building and owning relationships with hiring managers.
• Fluent in English and able to close top candidates quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own priority business and GTM searches end to end, from intake to signed offer.
• Keep every search moving and every hiring manager in the loop, start to finish.
• Drive sourcing mix with outbound focus and leverage AI tools for screening and scheduling.
• Move key metrics like time to hire and pipeline health.
