GMG in Dubai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead sourcing, attract diverse candidates, and develop recruitment campaigns.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers; manage candidate experience, offers, onboarding, and employer branding. The role requires strong communication, ATS expertise, and data-driven decision making to improve metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract diverse candidates using multiple channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate initial assessments.
• Schedule and support interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain proactive candidate engagement and timely updates.
• Assist with offers and onboarding processes.
• Promote employer branding through events and partnerships.
• Manage candidate data and generate recruitment reports.
