Job summary

Wonderful in Dubai is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition lead to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions as the region's first TA hire. You will partner with hiring leaders to accelerate growth, design creative sourcing strategies for top tech talent, and raise the bar for candidate experience while building scalable recruiting operations driven by data and market insights.
