Job summary

Admitad GmbH in Dubai seeks an experienced Growth professional to acquire SMBs across international markets, develop scalable channels, and map onboarding to increase activation and retention.

You will run data-driven experiments, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales, and support marketing campaigns and product-led growth initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Acquisition, or Sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new SMB customers across international markets and expand the company's presence.
• Develop scalable acquisition strategies, test new channels, and explore partnership opportunities.
• Map the customer lifecycle to identify and resolve bottlenecks in onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to build a frictionless, self-service onboarding flow.
• Run data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates and build repeatable growth playbooks.
• Support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and product-led growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to share market feedback and prioritize growth projects.
