Job summary

EDGE Commercial is seeking a Senior Manager - Business Development to drive growth and develop strategic opportunities across regional and international markets. You will lead market engagement, identify opportunities and strengthen relationships with government, defence and industry partners.

The role requires extensive BD and capture experience in defence and aerospace sectors, with a proven track record in negotiating high-value deals and shaping opportunities for edge technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in business development, strategic sales, commercial or programme management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies and plans.
• Identify and qualify new markets, customers and opportunities.
• Lead opportunity shaping, capture strategies and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with senior government, defence, security and industry stakeholders.
• Support strategic partnerships, market expansion, proposals and negotiations.
• Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and provide market intelligence.
