The role demands extensive experience in business development, strategic sales or programme management, with knowledge of C5ISR and related technologies, and a proven track record in capture, negotiations and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong track record in BD/strategic sales or program management.
• Proven capability in identifying and shaping opportunities in defence/tech sectors.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience in partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies and plans.
• Identify and qualify new markets, customers and opportunities.
• Lead opportunity shaping, capture strategies and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with senior government, defence, security and industry stakeholders.
• Support strategic partnerships, market expansion, proposals and negotiations.
• Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and provide market intelligence.
