Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is recruiting a Group Finance Manager for a well-established international organization based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is senior and based in Abu Dhabi, leading group-level finance operations across entities and countries.

You will oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, plus tax, controls and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and multi-country experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
Strong background in multi-country finance operations and consolidation.
Experience in budgeting, planning and analysis.
Knowledge of tax, VAT and regulatory frameworks.
Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead group financial reporting and consolidation across multiple business units.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Monitor profitability, costs and operational performance.
Manage treasury, cash flow and working capital.
Ensure VAT, tax and statutory compliance across jurisdictions.
Strengthen internal controls, governance and risk management.
Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting.
Support expansion plans and financial due diligence.
