Black Pearl Consult is partnering with a leading UAE-based organization in Ajman to recruit a Vice President – Finance who will guide financial strategy and operations. The role collaborates with the executive team to ensure long-term sustainability and value creation.

The ideal candidate will have a decade of senior financial leadership, deep UAE regulatory knowledge, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to build an elite finance function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership.
• Proven track record in strategic financial operations and decision support.
• CPA, CMA, CFA is a plus; strong UAE tax/regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating with executive management and boards.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee audit and tax functions; liaise with external auditors.
• Advise senior management on strategic financial planning and decisions.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team; present to board.
