Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is recruiting a Group Finance Manager for a well-established international organization based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is senior and based in Abu Dhabi, leading group-level finance operations across entities and countries.

You will oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, plus tax, controls and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and multi-country experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong background in multi-country finance operations and consolidation.
• Experience in budgeting, planning and analysis.
• Knowledge of tax, VAT and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
