Job summary

BinHendi Group is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead financial operations across multiple entities within the group. The role requires strong expertise in IFRS, UAE regulations, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial operations across entities in the group.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis for strategic decisions.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive process improvements and financial efficiency across the group.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and the Chairman.
