We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Finance Manager to join our leadership team at BinHendi Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial planning, reporting, and strategic financial management across multiple entities within a group structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the group’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive process improvements and financial efficiency across the group.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Chairman.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a group company structure.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Proven expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
