Black Pearl Consult is seeking a Finance Manager for a Construction/Oil and Gas-focused entity in Dubai, UAE. The role oversees financial operations, budgeting, and team leadership in a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance, with at least 3 in management, a strong grasp of financial systems, and excellent analytical and communication skills. UAE-based candidates are preferred and relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating large teams within multicultural organizations.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Based in the UAE (location details will be shared with shortlisted candidates).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management for business decision-making.

• Ensure effective implementation and utilization of financial systems and tools.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and banks.
