Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FX, selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients.
• Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms).
• Experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and building professional networks.
• Exceptional sales acumen, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (SalesForce) and sales analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
• Lead Generation: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors.
• Client Acquisition: Close high-value deals with institutional clients, ensuring rapid onboarding and revenue growth.
• Networking & Representation: Represent B2Prime at industry events, build key relationships with decision-makers, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Introducing Brokers (IBs): Recruit and manage IB partnerships to enhance market penetration and revenue.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine strategies and product offerings.
