HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a fundraising professional to identify potential investors, build a robust fundraising pipeline, and lead engagement to convert interest into commitments.

You will coordinate with founders to capitalise on relationships, present compelling investment propositions, and manage ongoing updates to investors during roadshows and events. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Identification & Outreach Identify potential investors including family offices, HNIs in India & GCC, institutional investors, wealth managers, and corporate treasuries globally. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective investors. Initiate contact through meetings, calls, and networking events.
• Investor Engagement & Follow-ups Conduct presentations and meetings to explain the360tf fund strategy, 360tf Capital and investment proposition. Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested investors to convert interest into commitments. Track the progress of each investor through the fundraising pipeline.
• Capital Raising Drive investor commitments to achieve the target Bonds & fund size. Negotiate investment terms with Investors specially with APS investors in the Fund Ensure timely closure of investor commitments. Work closely with founders to capitalise on their legacy relationships & convert them into firm commitments
• Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors. Provide regular updates on fund strategy, performance, and portfolio developments. Organise investor briefings, roadshows, and networking events.
• Marketing & Communication Prepare pitch decks, investment memorandums, and marketing materials & take guidance from the Investor Infrastructure team Represent 360tf Capital & fund at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings Work with internal teams to enhance fund visibility and brand positioning.
