Dicetek LLC is seeking a Lead UI/UX designer to drive end-to-end design for corporate digital channels, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing and final delivery.

You will conduct customer journey reviews, leverage analytics to improve usability, collaborate with product managers, engineers and country leads to tailor interfaces for regional regulatory needs while preserving a unified brand experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in UX, UI, or related disciplines.
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies and digital banking ecosystems.
• Proven experience in the full UI/UX design process for digital banking or financial services, ideally within the corporate banking space.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct customer journey mapping, UI/UX reviews, and leverage analytics to drive design outcomes.
• Experience implementing digital systems and products across multiple countries, with an understanding of localization and compliance.
• Strong focus on customer experience, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact on engagement and satisfaction.
• Skilled in gathering, interpreting, and actioning customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision for digital transformation.
• Proficiency in design tools (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent) and familiarity with analytics platforms.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering seamless, intuitive digital experiences.
• International or multi-country project experience strongly preferred.
• Professional training in UI/UX
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development frameworks.
• Advanced data analytics and visualization skills.
• Prior experience with corporate banking channels
• Proven track record of successful digital product launches in banking or fintech.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for corporate digital channels from research and ideation through prototyping testing and final delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive customer journey reviews to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Perform UI/UX reviews and analytics leveraging data to inform design direction and improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, engineers and country leads to ensure localized and scalable solutions.
• Implement digital platforms and experiences across multiple countries tailoring interfaces to meet regional requirements and regulatory standards while maintaining a unified brand experience.
• Stay updated with UI/UX and fintech industry trends advocating for innovative approaches to digital banking challenges.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives collecting and synthesizing feedback from end users and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement.
• Facilitate customer feedback sessions, usability testing and workshops to gather actionable insights into customer needs and expectations.
