Job summary

robusta is seeking an experienced Manager - UX/UI Designer to lead the user experience design process for Open Finance digital products. You will own the design lifecycle, creating intuitive experiences across web and mobile while aligning user needs with business goals.

The role requires expertise in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing support, and UI design, with strong collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and

Qualifications

6-8 years of UX/UI design experience.
Experience designing web and mobile applications.
Strong wireframing, prototyping and usability testing skills.
Experience in cross-functional Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Design information architecture and interaction flows for websites and apps.
Create wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps for intuitive navigation.
Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes with Figma, Sketch, or Miro.
Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align design with product strategy.
Advocate for user perspectives throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to UX strategy and improve design processes in Agile environments.
Support usability testing, user interviews, and translate findings into product improvements.
Manage design projects from concept to delivery with brand consistency.
