Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a Mid Level System Designer to own and evolve a scalable design system powering a banking mobile app. The candidate should have hands-on experience with large design systems, be fluent in Figma's variables and component architecture, and understand platform-specific native mobile design constraints.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Product/UX Design with a focus on design systems.
• Fluent in Figma variables, components, variants, and token architecture.
• Experience with design tokens and platform-native constraints such as iOS/Android.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system foundations (color, typography, spacing, elevation).
• Build and maintain design tokens/variables, including multi-mode theming.
• Design and document components with full variant/state coverage (default, hover, focus, disabled, error).
• Partner with engineering to ensure design-to-code parity and token pipelines.
• Establish governance: contribution guidelines, versioning, naming conventions.
• Audit surfaces for consistency and drive adoption across product teams.
• Account for native iOS/Android requirements within system architecture.
• Support and train other designers on system usage.
• Embed WCAG accessibility standards at component level.
