Job summary

Zeal Group, a FinTech leader, seeks a sales professional to build relationships with potential Clients and Partners in multi-asset trading. You will onboard IBs, grow accounts, deposits, and revenues across FX, gold, oil, and indices, and target Money Managers in the MENA region.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Sc degree with 4 years of extensive Forex/Banking/Stock and Commodities brokerage sales experience, strong networking and communication skills, and a client-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• B.Sc degree from any discipline.
• 4 years of extensive experience in Forex/ Banking/ Stock and Commodities Brokerage sales.
• Financial markets knowledge in FX, Stocks, Commodities.
• Technical and fundamental analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with potential Clients and Partners in multi-asset trading.
• On-board Introducing Brokers (IBs) and help grow accounts, deposits and revenues.
• Identify and target known Money Managers and IBs in the MENA region.
• Develop a book of business through relationships across markets and industries.
• Assess clients’ trading needs and prepare proposals to address them.
• Cross-sell to retail clients who meet the IB threshold.
• Stay updated on FX, commodities, stocks and indices, and market trends.
• Advise on trading strategies, options and risk management.
• Explain industry terms and trading practices to clients.
• Attend industry events to source new clients and opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and manage client queries and requirements.
