Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Dubai is launching a Field Representative Development Program. Over 1–2 years you will rotate through functions, gaining hands-on training and exposure to a global dealer network. You will develop technical, commercial and leadership skills while preparing for a field-based role supporting Cat Dealers and customers.

The program offers international exposure, an individualized development plan, and coaching to accelerate your career within Caterpillar’s world-class environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Economics, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 30-70% depending on assignments.
• Willingness to live abroad for up to 3 months for training/rotation.

Responsibilities

• Join Field Representative Development Program for 1–2 years with rotations across the organization.
• Gain hands-on experience and world-class training.
• Prepare for customer-facing field roles after graduation.
• Visit dealers across the EAME and Central Asia region.
