Job summary

Omanyp is seeking a Senior Facility Management Consultant to diagnose the current state of corporate facility management across multinational sites, including Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, and to shape a high‑impact transformation.

You will design a global FM strategy with governance, standards, and processes; map the footprint; analyze leases and spend; strengthen vendor management; and drive cost savings with a clear action plan and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Facility Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Operations Management.
• Proven leadership of diagnostic assessments and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, outsourcing models, and contract negotiation.
• Experience optimizing cost and service quality across regions.
• Familiarity with leased and owned facilities and international operations in ME, Europe, and North Africa.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the current state of facility management across all operating countries.
• Analyze global spending, vendor contracts, and performance to spot savings.
• Design a global FM strategy with governance, standards, and processes.
• Recommend actions to improve efficiency, vendor management, and service quality.
• Advise on new build/design of Shared Services offices.
• Map and document the global FM footprint across offices and sites.
• Collect leases, ownership data, spend, contracts, and renewal cycles.
• Identify inefficiencies and risks in local arrangements.
• Develop a global FM strategy with governance models and a vendor framework.
• Quantify savings and draft an action plan with KPIs.
• Present findings to the Global VP of Human Capital and ELT.
